Selling On Akbhara (SOA) Terms Of Conditions

General consent

By selling on Akbhara you agree that Akbhara is not responsible for anything at all about products or anything else but providing the customer with the tracking information given from the seller and responsible for payouts to the seller on a the 25th of every month and is responsible for creating the products in the store and sending customer information to the seller for delivery purposes only. And you also agree that you will only be using the customer information for shipping purposes. As a seller, you can contact Akbhara at DalalKhalil001@gmail.com at any time to terminate the subscription at any time.

How To Publish A Product To Our Store When Approved As A Akbhara Seller

When you get approved as a seller at Akbhara, we will be sending you a form to your email that you provided us at the sign up form. In the form we'll ask you for how many products you want to sell in our store, all the details of the product, and more information. After you submit the form with all the information you will se your products on the store within 1-2 Business days if your products get approved. There is also a very necessary step that is very important for sellers that are selling their own products that are theirs or that they made, this step is explained much more in the  IP Rights (Intellectual Property Rights) Section. Also you will be receiving a email every time you receive a order and we will send you the customer name and address, if the customer subscribed to email and phone updates then we will send you their phone and email in the email. 

Missing A payment

If you miss a payment to Akbhara, we will give the seller a 3-Day notice and if not paid within 3 days all products that the seller is selling on the store will be immediately removed and if there is any money that needs to be payed out to the seller it will be payed on the 25th of that month. Also Akbhara will automatically deduct $15 from the last payout and the remaining balance will be sent to the seller on the 25th of that month through the payment method on file. If there is no money to take from the payout then the seller will not be able to become a seller again on Akbhara permanently. If there is less than $15 on the payout then we will take whats left and the seller will have to wait at least 6 months to become a seller again if they want to. All information of the seller will be removed from the seller after 3 months. 

Types Of Products Allowed

You are allowed to sell any type of product except  the products listed in this section. Please read carefully these exclusions. You are not allowed to sell groceries, anything that is consumed, medicine, drugs, weapons, anything with a battery, toys, illegal items, toothpaste, food, drinks, laundry detergent, washing machines, electronics, musical products like products that make music and all other types of musical products that make or that are avble to make music, appliances, prescription products, Holograms, RFID tags, Watermarked packaging, anti-counterfeit packaging, any product with anti-counterfeiting technologies, any counterfeiting systems or any product with any counterfeiting systems, any product that does not follow the California penal code 350, any product that is or posses counterfeit trademarks or anything that is counterfeit, goods that are made to look like originals, for dishonest or illegal purposes, prescription glasses, car or vehicle parts, raw materials, component parts, and any other big equipment or materials or anything that makes up a big piece of equipment also subscriptions are not allowed and also digital products are not allowed. We also have the right to reject a product that a seller will sell for any reason. Also at Akbhara it is prohibited to sell counterfeit products of any kind at all. 

Selling Fees

There is a monthly fee of $15 that will be charged to the payment method on file every 25th of the month. Also there are fees that are deductible from each products sale, the table below is the fees for each type of product.

 IP Rights (Intellectual Property Rights)

There are two types of sellers, Dropshipping sellers and sellers that are going to sell their own products that they made. If you are dropshipping to our store you don't have to worry about IP Rights. If you are going to sell your own products at our store please pay close attention to this section. When submitting the form for publishing a product to our store there is a option to submit documents of pictures for Copyrights, Trademarks, Patents, and Trade Secrets of the product that you want to sell if it is a product that you made or that you own. Your are required to submit the four of these forms when submitting the form for each product.

What information we collect from you and why

 We collect information from our sellers for verification purposes, more is explained in this section. When signing up using the form we will ask for your seller permit picture and we will be checking to verify if it is valid. Also when signing up for the form, in the verification section of the form next to the seller verification there will be a link to verify your ID, when you click it you will need to take a picture of the front and back of your ID and take a video of your face for biometric verification then you will close the tab and come back to the form and continue filling up the form to the end. We will only keep this information for verification purposes and we will keep all and any information about the seller in our system as long as the seller is still with us, this includes sensitive and important information.

Marketing For Sellers

When you finally set up your information and signed up and already have your products published on our store, you want people to find your product online and in social media of course whether your dropshipping or they are your own products. But there is some standards for this. You are allowed to market your products that either yours or the products your dropshipping but it has to be a positive ad, nothing that will make people leave or get a bad impression on our website or company. And we have to approve of all ads, for example, every single ad wether its small or big, expensive or not and you have to give us all the information of the ad like how long you are publishing it for, on what platform(s), and we will need a screenshot of how the ad looks, if it is a slideshow ad or a add with multiple pictures we will need that to, and if it's a video we will need that to. We will only keep this information in our system and we will never sell or give it to anyone, we only need it to see if it is making a good impression on our store. If you want to market the product just send us a email that you are going to be making a ad and we will send you a form to fill out (don't worry you don't need to get approved it is just a form so you can fill out for the information that was explained above. Also we provide a service that we can market the product your selling for a price, but it will be included in the monthly subscription on the 25th. If you want us to market your product just send us a email at ContactUs@Akbhara.com, and we will send you another form that will ask for your budget and more information for creating the ads. 

Product Requirements

When filing out the form for publishing a product to our store there are some standards to follow. First the product has to be shipping from a warehouse in the US, and the delivery should take no longer than 5 business days. Second all products have to have a return window of 7 days. Also, you are required to provide a tracking number and tracking carrier for every order within 2 business days from when the customer ordered, the seller should send a email to Akbhara at ContactUs@Akbhara.com with the tracking number and name of carrier through email with the order number of the order in the email and in the subject of the email it should say Tracking info for order #0000000 (Example). If these standards are not being followed all products that the seller is selling on Akbhara will be permanently removed and the seller will no longer be able to sell on Akbhara for 6 months all this will happen after the customer received the order and if they customer requested a return within 7 days then the account of the seller will be deleted with all their products after the return has been received and completed.
